I've ordered several things online, and every time it comes from the post office it gets lost!!! I was supposed to leave for vacation YESTERDAY. My package says it's been delivered for 3 days now, and guess what!!!! Still no package. I went to the post office and they continue to tell me it's been delivered, and they will call when they figure things out. TERRIBLE!!! Last month I ordered something from Amazon, and the same thing! My package went missing. Amazon returned my money and resent the package through UPS and guess what, when they said they delivered it, it was actually delivered. Now what's crazy is 2 weeks later the package that the post office said was delivered showed up. How does that even happen????? This is the 4th time that my mail has been lost! It's getting down right ridiculous, I'm still waiting on a package from 3 months ago that a friend sent me. I'm glad that it wasn't life or death because I'd be dead! GET IT TOGETHER! This is why people will start using FedEx and UPS....because this is becoming to frequent.

My mail guy (who works out of this office) just drove right on by and missed my package pickup AGAIN.  The CRAZIEST PART is that I had a package delivered to my doorstep!  I am not complaining about the overall post office - they are decent.  I am complaining about my carrier who comes to the Retreat At West Creek.  He has missed at least 5 pickups in the past year from my home business.  I have pickups every single day with orders going out.  I have scheduled the pickups online every single day.  How do you deliver a package yet miss the USPS tub full of packages that is right in front of the door as scheduled?  Honestly, I'm scared to be on the road with people who are this unconscious.  I'll be wasting another hour of my time on Monday to speak with his supervisor (and hopefully the supervisor of his supervisor) to try and get this straightened out.

In my opinion this PO is actually more efficient. And quicker than others in the RIC area

The people in this P.O. are the rudest ever.  We have 4 houses on a long dirt road and 5 mph speed limit signs posted because our kids play outside.  We asked the mail carrier to please slow down and he got mad and decided that he is not going to deliver our packages.  I met the the postmaster at this office and she says that "the driver feels threatened so he will not deliver our packages anymore".  This is total BS and I hope to meet with the Head Postmaster to try to get this resolved.  Now if I have a package to large for my mail box I have to drive 15 miles each way to pick it up and deal with the rude people at this PO.

Full service post office. There's usually a line for postal services such as package weighing, insured letters, etc. but there's a self service option in the lobby that helps.
