If it fits, it ships... except here. Don't bother using flat rate / regional boxes here unless both lips of the box fold EXACTLY on top of each other! To be completely fair, it's not the post office. Just avoid at all costs the woman I had the pleasure of meeting. If you're good at judging unabridged dictionaries by their cover, you'll know who to avoid!

Between refusing to pick up out going mail (I mean out right refusing here) and splitting up your packages (ie. Delivering the one the fits in your mail box and delivering the other(s) to the apartments main office because "they couldn't find the door" or claiming they delivered to the door but actually took it the office) they are the WORST office I've dealt with. Today I waited for 3 hours for a delivery for me to get a notification it was undeliverable due to no place to put it (bull) and to take my notice to the office on the next business day. They never knocked on the door and they did not leave a notice. Probably never even tried to deliver. Lazy employees and extremely poor service.

These people are lazy and unprofessional. They do not want to do any thing. That lady on the front desk will give you attitude even if they lost your package they even do not apologize for loosing it. What a lazy people who don't want to work.

There was a time when a few employees got under my skin, but I recognize now (because I've grown up, since then) that these are Federal Employees that wear drab uniforms and work in a lifeless building (gray walls, ceilings, floors, EVERYTHING? Fluorescent lights?) with customers who aren't really getting instant gratification from their transactions, so what reason do they have for being polite to the employees? You know- aside from just being decent human beings? So I've noted that some days aren't as good as others for these guys, but if you can imagine how impressive it is when they DO smile and laugh and provide some killer service -- that's because they've gotten customers who are showing respect. You get what you give, so just try and be conscious that they don't have the best job or the best pay or really ANY reason to be nice to you (Do they get tips? Do they do sales or promotions or incentives or make commission? You know the answer.), so even if you're pleasant and they aren't because maybe they started the day off pleasant and just got SH*T on pretty much all day, being driven to be jaded "af," at least you can walk away knowing you're a decent human being who was trying to help. The fifth star is missing because sometimes they get majorly backed up when they'll time employee breaks poorly, and yeah- it's a bit frustrating.

Incompetence and laziness are rampant at this branch. Employees have no sense of customer service. I went to pick up a package, and politely asked if she would mind looking for it in the back since it didn't make it to the delivery truck. "Sorry" was the response.
