Every encounter with this location has been terrible. The worst was the day I was waiting in line with about 10 other people and the people (2 associates) that could be assisting us were too busy hanging a poster about passports. When they were asked to help us, the associates replied with "you can tell our boss why this poster isn't up yet".  There was one person behind the counter assisting customers as quickly as she could. The associates that work here are rude and inconsiderate. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

I've lived a lot of places, I've never experienced such a bad postal system.

What in the WORLD is going on here? Lost packages, days without mail, poor customer service, I've had "substitutes" blamed 3 separate times. 

If I could subscribe to a private mail service or continue receiving government subsidized postal services at this location, I'd go for the former at significant cost. 

I am going to start getting my USPS packages delivered to a friend in NOVA. I can't rely on these guys. 

It's that bad.

My experience here was just fine. One of the employees, Joy, was going way out of the way to help customers. Far beyond what I've experienced at other post offices. The facility was clean, professional and relatively quick. I'm glad I stopped in.

yet again a parcel has been marked undeliverable although i was home at the time of attempted delivery. yet again a pink card was not included.
without the pink card it's unlikely i'll be given the opportunity to claim my parcel tomorrow morning.
when i went online to "take action" and ask for my  parcel to be held at the station, the site says: Your redelivery has not been scheduled
An error occurred while creating your Online redelivery. Please try again later." 
Then i call the Starling Branch. "Please hold, the current customer wait time is 35-50minutes". 
This is bad, even for a government run institution. 

No card was left, the site isn't working, and i'm expected to wait on hold for 30-50 minutes. Without a State-imposed monopoly the USPS would have been demolished by the likes of UPS and FedEx ages ago.

I would give a zero star if possible. I had a very bad experience with usps. All my packages keep missing which are shipped through usps. I had filed a missing package case and it is not resolved it yet even after 11 days. When I contact them they kept hanging up on me. Seriously, I am never gonna use usps again and also I am unlikely to buy from the online stores that ship from usps.
