If I could give a negative stars, I would. I have lived in Palm Beach County my entire life and have never dealt with the post office anywhere in Palm Beach County that is quite as terrible as this one. Every time I come in for an undelivered package they claim it's already been delivered. When you need to have a key made they charge you for the key and then lose it almost every single time. Nobody uses this office because they want to, it's because they don't have a choice...

I went in here a few weeks ago to see how much it would cost to send an order. There was a line but I was patient and waited my turn. When I got up to the front I was well taken care of, they weighed the item and told me my options and which one was the best. I told them I'm just starting my business and he gave me a few boxes without me asking to help me out. I had questions just like anyone else and he didn't seem bothered and was very helpful.

By far the worst post office. PBG is a growing area with a lot of online Sellers shipping. Drop off is a hot mess. The counter has only 3 service windows which is usually understaffed. Seemingly a lack of management or Supervisor presence in the front that would improve customer service. I try to avoid this place but unfortunately this is my assigned post office. USPS needs to open a larger PBG location or expand this one. God help us during holidays!

I was told that I could not apply for my passport without first making an appointment. I asked if I could make the appointment while I was there and they told me I had to call. That wouldn't normally be a problem except for the fact that not one time has the phone been answered. I've called and called to no avail. I tried different times and days and still no answer. So now I have no choice but to go to the courthouse and pay more to have it expedited.

I have had good experiences at this office. It is often very busy and there are lines. But the people seem knowledgeable and usually solve my problem. Their phones can be. Problem as they take long time to answer.
