Excellent service! Fast and efficient ! Those are the things that come to mine when thinking of the Passport service received. I definitely encourage using them for all your passport needs. 

I renewed my passport and the steps were simply. And I received it back really fast actually!

Excellent service. I needed the 24-hour turn around and they delivered with no problems. I called to make sure that a spot was available (they do run out) for the processing. Helpful service throughout the process. Good updates along the way. Be confident with them. Thank you!

I was worried when I realized my maiden name was still on my passport, and we only had 5 weeks exactly until our trip. I searched and found many good reviews for this company so I thought I would give it a go. At first I thought it was pretty expensive, but when I considered what I was asking for and my time frame it was fair. I got my passport a week earlier than projected and so did my husband, and now we've got the peace of mind that were all set going into our trip! Thank you Rush my passport, for doing the work.

I was absolutely amazed at how fast my passport arrived. The service includes walking you through all of the documentation needed and even make sure you have directions to the passport agency! The staffed worked closely with me to make sure that my passport arrived before my vacation. It arrived over 7 days earlier then they were contractually obligated to deliver it. All because they knew that I needed it fast. I couldn't recommend this service more.

They provided very good service for my family, they were reachable for queries both by phone and via their online chat when help was needed. 

I am giving only 4 stars out of 5 because signing up for their 24hrs service did not necessarily book the time specified, they got the docs at 8am on a Wed by FedEx but the day was wasted and they acknowledged receiving the docs by email on Thu. And even though I called on Wed, the nearest available appointment was on Friday that same week. I think by default they should have apologies and reduce the rate we paid from the 24hrs one to the 3-5 business days service which did not happen! -- so you probably need to keep this in mind while planing ahead.

That being said, we appreciate they did the work faster than we could and we were able to meet our deadlines after all.
