Received an email saying that they were unable to deliver an item today. It is a medium size envelope which should have been left in the mailbox with the rest of the mail which they had no problem delivering. For some reason it wasn't delivered and no notice was left and no one came to the door as I was home all day. Not the first time Des Peres has failed to deliver for no reason.

Debra the manager was very helpful and polite on the phone while helping me figure out where our package had gone.  Much more helpful than my local PO from which we had mailed the package.  Thanks, Debra!

I was trying to send a valentine gift for my daughter .   I was not sure what bag or box I should use.  I asked Sandy and she was very helpful and helped my all the way through.  Thanks for a good job.
