I originally gave this place 5 stars, as the people at the desk were very helpful. Unfortunately, after shipping 6 well-packed items in 6 separate boxes, I was informed by the recipient that all 6 items - ALL 6 - were severely damaged. I've shipped more fragile items to much farther away places - all w UPS - and never had a single issue. It's borderline criminal, how bad the USPS is at doing the one thing it exists to do. Lesson learned; the USPS can't cease to exist soon enough for me.

USPS never fails to disappoint and disgust despite their branch location. They should all be shut down for good. I'd rather use UPS and FedEX but sometimes online seller doesn't give that option. Supervisor blamed everything on me or somebody else, and was very rude. They left pink slip using the wrong branch location. Finally they took signed slip but never deliver my package. Tracking number was chicken scratch, not even the supervisor can read it. I took a pic of slip before it disappeared, coz it ain't the first time they play me like this. I received verbal agreement from branch supervisor that it WILL be delivered. 3 days past, nothing. I spent 2 hours going to 2 different branches to track my package down. Supervisor promised to call back, but never did, then make up excuse to make it sound like it's my fault. Real mature. Now why do I have to spend my only day off in a week to do their job? So sickening. And the attitude and rudeness was just unbelievable. Close USPS down!!

DO NOT SEND PACKAGES OUT OF THIS POST OFFICE - USE FEDEX/UPS!! I paid over $20 for an overnight letter. I got there around 5:50PM and asked the clerk if it would go out today. He said it would for sure. Just checked the tracking later in the evening and it says that it is going to be stuck there until tomorrow. If he would've been honest, I would gladly have just taken it to the downtown post office. Not to mention all of the misaddressed packages that I receive at my house, and the packages that my neighbors receive that are mine- at least three times a month! I am sick and tired of the horridly incompetent service that I am receiving from this organization. No wonder they are billions in the hole. Please spend the extra cash and ship FedEx. The prices are very competitive and the service is unbeatable and uncomparable compared to the USPS.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE LOCATION!!! The staff or should I moreso point out the men that work behind the counter are rude!! The wait times are always a good half hour because they can't seem to staff behind the counter appropriately!! This location says they offer all these services but when you arrive and there is only one person working they wont do half of them, or according to the staff member behind the counter after waiting 45 min in line ,"Yea I can't do that! Theres like 40 of you and 1 of me." Do yourselves a favor, the 20plus min you will spend standing in line here, drive to another location that is HAPPY to serve their customers in a timely and pleasant manner!!!

I was belittled and bullied by another  customer when the ticket machine looked empty. We were standing there prior to his entrance.  No one helped even though he created a hostile and threatening environment.  The employees seemed to enjoy the "entertainment" and to add insult to injury the girl behind the counter thanked him for his patience after he went ahead of the other customer.
