Went at around 9:30am and there was no line. The representatives were very positive, high-energy, and fast. It took me all of about 3-4 minutes. The parking lot is big but the actual place is a little tricky to get to

We use this post office almost on a daily basis for priority shipping for the last 3 year and they continuously serve us with the best customer service.  No complaints here.

I purchased an item on Etsy and while online tracking said it was delivered to my address, I didn't receive any. So I then called this post office assigned to deliver in our area to check -- the supervisor named Joe said that they didn't have the usual guy do the delivery "that day", so being not very familiar in the area yet, it was probably delivered to a different address with the same house number. Obviously it was their fault, and his solution was (for them) to leave a note on the door/mail of the "wrong" house. I called a week later only to be told that the "wrong" house didn't respond. So he sort of discouraged me from calling, assuring me that they will re-deliver the item to me if the person returns it. I still don't have the item until today, and it's been 3 months. I HATE it that I have to suffer the consequences of poor post office handling!
