Love my neighborhood post office. Chris and the rest of the staff are top notch. Friendly, fast and helpful.

I have called at least ten times today and have yet to have anyone answer. It's rings and rings and gen goes to a busy signal. I called another post office and asked if this one was closed and they said they are open. Well if they are, no one is answering any calls.

I've lived at the same location for 30+ years. This station has deteriorated to an unbelievable level in the last five years. They don't answer their phones. They jack up status on tracking. The carriers are huge jerks (as in refusing to deliver mail because the grass is too high, writing this on my personal mail--I finally put up fencing and signs and told them to USE THE SIDEWALK and my paved DRIVEWAY--no grass! Stay off my grass if you don't like a little height, jerk! Also reported them all the way to the top for that). Unfortunate that, unlike other services, I cannot change to someone else.

I went on vacation, put my mail on hold.  had a death in the family, called to extend hold for another week.  able to do so.  had a wonderful experience with person who took call.  so glad that I live in their area.
