Had an awful experience trying to report a rude and unprofessional courier.  Our drop off mail person proceeded to throw documents at our receptionist and then stormed out of the office. I went to the post officd to try and contact a manager. I left my name and note with contact information and no one called me back. 

They will only get my business for PO boxes because I am forced to use their services. Horrible customer service and follow up.

The post office is located inside the Student Union.  It's a window just inside the east entrance.
