On 4th of August, my Grandmother hand-wrote and mailed a sympathy card to my wife and I, because my wife's Grandmother had passed. At the same time she also mailed a gift card for my birthday. When she went inside to give both items to the older, black, female attendant, to be mailed to my address. The attendant asked of my birthday envelope "Is there a gift card in here?" My Grandmother, said "It's a 'special card'". The attendant began to leave with both cards, and my Grandmother, getting suspicious, asked that both cards be 'hand-stamped'. It's now the 9th of August...we've received the sympathy card, but...big surprise...no birthday/gift card.

I had a terrible experience here this morning. Ms. Priscilla was rude and insulting. She berated my daughter and I because we "were not supposed to be here!" She also said that she would open the door at 8:30am. It was 8:27am. We went back into the hallway and waited for three minutes. At 8:30am, I opened the door again and asked her if it was safe to enter. She continued to berate for coming in "here" Then she opened a large door on the other side of the room. Apparently I was entering through the wrong door. How hard would it have been to explain to me that I should exit the building and enter through a different entrance. This was my first time at that post office. It was a terrible experience.

I mailed a standard letter to my sister in law on June 28th and she still to date has not received my letter.  Another letter - a larger one - I mailed on July 1st -this time,  I took it to my local post office with tracking number - arrived her home on July 5th. So where is the first letter? Today I received a standard letter from her address processed by Pensacola post office two days ago yet mine still has not arrived. 
Update: Letter finally arrived 7-11-2016 but was told it listed as insufficient postage yet the letter held three forever stamps with standard size envelope which should have been enough since my letter arrived with ONE forever stamp twice the size envelope.  Least it reached her home.

The customer service at this location is terrible the worst post office I've ever been to. I would much rather drive to Gulfbreeze and standing a longer line then go to this post office and walk right to the counter.
