Literally the worse usps experience of my damn life. I've had so many of my packages say "delivered" but never showed up or would show up days to weeks later after it states delivered. Employees are rude and never answer the phone. If I don't know where my packages are soon, I'm reporting them to higher statuses.

The employees were nothing but rude and unknowledgeable with the exception of the younger girl who simply checked me out. I had a two part shipment, one which arrived without issue after contacting usps. The second spent a week going all the way back to seattle, and when finally delivered to the regal po, there was no attempted delivery, just a slip telling me to pick it up (two days after it reached that PO, to which the woman attempted to tell me the left notice date on the package was them attempting to deliver the actual package). I explained it was the shipper who requested the change, and when speaking on a three way conference with usps and Amazon they saidnothing about an additional charge and advised me it was already in process of being sent to the new address bc of the forward I have with USPS already. They then charged me $10 and when questioning why it was delayed over a week and i was being charged when the other half of the package seemed to have no issue the response from both the gentleman and "manager" was "thats how it is". I again stressed the other package was sent in the same fashion and no problem was had she replied "i dont have an answer for you, you can pay or we can send it back". I then tell her to ring it up and she replies "its not my job" and walk away. When I tell her I intend on writing about the experience she says "I can't wait" as she walks away. Mind you this is day two of attempting to pick up the package bc I came right a 5 the day prior and took a minute to get my child out of the car since it was 103 outside, to have the gentleman run to the front when seeing me enter, shoo me out and shut the door in my face. After reading ratings of this post office online, I hoped it was incorrect. Sad to know this is the location I am stuck with at my new home.

They lose mail they put it in the wrong boxes and then there's this gentleman he's Oriental does not want to work then there's a woman there that works there and she's snapping rude there's two gentlemen John he's the manager and I can't remember the other guy's name their sweethearts

Packages never got delivered, never got a note or notice. They were all sent back to sender. Asked them about it and they really couldn't care less.
