Our shipping experience for live chicks was atrocious. According to tracking, the chicks (which are to be rushed and delivered ASAP otherwise they'll die) arrived to this post office in the morning, but were held there ALL DAY and all the next day before being delivered. This occurred right before the long Memorial day holiday, and if they had been shipped that morning they may have survived to our home before the long holiday (instead of sitting in the office for 3 days). I'm not sure of any other way to express my frustration with this process except through making a review, so I hope that it can be of help to someone.

Less likely to use USPS . It's fine that they don't supply a Lil bit O tape for my lable. It is not fine to be curt , short & snappy with your words lady red

got a piece of paper in our mail box saying sorry they missed us ...so we have to go to post office to get our pkg...first off we where home...another they did not come..another thing the piece of paper says sorry we missed you..they did not come to our house to deliver the pkg,so dont write a piece of paper saying you missed us that is a lie..another thing when i called the sunset hill post office the answer i got was due to delivers desceprition...oh so if they dont feel like doing their job that day all they have to do is fill out this piece of paper saying they missed you...bs....not a good way to run the post office...it is along way for us to come to get this pkg...my husband is a 100% disabled vet..we are always home and now i have to leave to get a pkg that should of been delivered no matter how you feel that day..that is your job..now i have to leave my husband for an hour 1/2 to go get my pkg...what other pkgs have not been delivered or mail because this carrier did not feel like delivering that day...this person should be fired

USPS tracking site said my package was to be delivered today, no mail showed up. I went to my post office and was told it's at the sorting facility, sorry but the Internet is wrong. You will just have to wait for the next day. What a joke. The postal system can't even man up to their own mistake.
