Unprofessional! I would expect to see a game stop employee wearing a Zelda T-shirt with their eat buds dangling but at a Post Office, are you serious! They messed up a delivary and then say they can't help, just tough cookies! If an address is clearly stated and it's to a business then how could it be "undeliverable"!? Seems like laziness and stupidity to me. I've had nothing but irritation from this place except the time I got a veteran employee and that was only because of staffing issues. If you have a choice of another post office, use them instead.

I sent an Office Lease renewal from Amarillo, Texas, by Certified Mail - Return Receipt Requested, which is supposed to be the *gold standard* of the US Mail system. I did this because it was important that we sewed up the renewal before the landlord was bought out by a firm that would have raised the price of a new lease. It's been twelve days and they still haven't received the executed lease. Amarillo is about a 4-5 hour drive away.

Also, I've called five times now and they don't answer the phone. It rings and rings until you get cut off.

Nonsense like this is why people rail against the government.

The postmaster Noel is the laziest excuse of a human being I have ever tried to get to do his job!  All you have to do is try calling the downtown midland station post office and you will see what I am talking about. Typical gov employees!

Why do you have a phone number? No one ever answers. Then once you get there, guess what they need you you should have brought something else with you. Well if you answered the damn phone I would have known that before hand.

Don't waste your time trying to call them you'll just have to go up there because they won't answer the phone!! Called at least 10 times!
