Worst service on delivery,  confusing answers concerning BASIC questions. Packages left on top of mailbox for anyone walking by to just walk away with if they want etc...
Had a two-day, priority package that should have been delivered at our home, and the mail person did not deliver it... Someone had crashed into our mailbox and it's was out of commission, but a "if it fits, it ships" box DOES NOT fit in a mail box anyway! I went to the P.O, and one of their workers insisted that they DO NOT deliver to homes, and I should give the name of carriers who dropped those type of packages off, because they don't do that kind of service!!!!! I was dumbfounded, because I KNOW I have been receiving "if it fits, it ships" boxes at my door FOR YEARS!!!
I called the office and I got hung up on, called back, and the phone rang 15 times without no one picking up...

Delivery from this post office is terrible. Special deliveries never arrive when scheduled,  there is always some excuse. 👎😳

Switching to postal annex. Lost 10 days worth of mail on vacation and never found it. Away again for 3 weeks and returned package to sender and lost 1 week of mail. Overnight or expedited packages never in box on day delivered and often not the next day either. Sorry, no more chances.

Worst and slowest customer service here! Always long line and wait!.... Recently service has been so much better, so I'll add two extra stars.
