By far the worst post office I've ever had to deal with. Terrible service, extremely slow, and they've lost two packages that were sent to me. I live in an apartment complex nearby, and three times I've expected packages and even checked the tracking online to say that they've been "delivered to my mailbox" only to discover they aren't there. Once, the package ended up at the post office with no sort of notification to me about its whereabouts. Thankfully I randomly checked and it WAS there. The other two times, the packages just never were found even though online tracking said they had been delivered. Not sure if it's the postal delivery person who is incompetent, or whoever at my apartment complex has been receiving packages. Either way, this post office has not been helpful at all.

They will not answer the phone... Mail was supposed to be forwarded Monday...its Friday and I'm waiting for an important letter and mail is still being delivered to the old address

Packages received from usps is damaged and the little bit older gentleman with blonde hair working behind the counter is so unfriendly! Rude and short with everyone that walks through the door. I dread seeing him.

I showed up at 4:50 to pick up a mailbox key and one of the "workers" was literally guarding the door and holding it closed so that it couldn't be opened from the outside. I knocked on the door he stood there, I knocked again, he opened it and said "we're closed" I said "sir I just need to pick up a mailbox key." He said "I don't know what to tell you were closed". I said "sir it's 4:50, you guys dont close until 5pm. I just need a mailbox key". Then he said "we open Monday at 8:30 come back then can't help you". After that he closed the door and locked it. This is probably the rudest station that I've ever dealt with. If you work at a government office that, like most close at 5pm you are expected to stay open until 5pm on the dot. That means if somebody comes into your establishment with 10 minutes to spare whether it's 9am in the morning or 4:50 in the afternoon, that person deserves the same amount of treatment, care and respect. The people at this station don't seem to give a d***. I doubt anyone who is in charge of this station will look at this or even respond... just thought the public should know to watch out. Apparently 5pm at this location actually means 4:50 or sooner.Tax dollars hard at work I see...

They also keep telling me all my packages are in the office to be picked up. If I wanted to pick everything up I'd have a PO box! Leave it at the door 😡
