First of all if you dont like your job, find another one! My job also includes answering the phone and helping customers. I needed help tracking a package. I wasnt even asked questions about my package. They just sent me to a differ location. The lady was very rude and hung up on me, i had to. All back and continue to explain my issue. She then hung up on me again. I had to call another location so they could answer my questions. Do not recommend anyone to go to this office unless you like being treated with disrespect.

They dont even deserve this one star! No one can be bothered to answer the phone and they have terrible customer service!

First the is the USPS, not your  Mother, friends or DR. Phil. If you need a shrink there are plenty off Loop  250 near the treatment centers or psych wards in Midland!!!
