The supervisor I spoke to was a very nice guy, or at least he seemed to be, but the other workers always seem annoyed that you would dare come to the post office. Some of them even greet you with more of a sneer or look of disdain rather than a smile. I have had a heck of time getting a refund for a package that wasn't delivered on time. The receiving post office told us we had to fill out a form online. The online people said I had to fill it out, as the sender, at the local post office. The local post office told me that it is the receiving post office's fault and the refund should come out of their budget. I understand the logic, but why did it take 2 less than pleasant postal workers at this office and a supervisor to explain why they couldn't refund it from that office? I will be sending all packages UPS or FedEx from now on.

First, I must say that it's amazing that I can review the United States Postal Service (and other government agencies). I agree with others that some of the staff are terribly rude, particularly one gentleman who I imagine everyone is complaining about. It's usually crazy busy, which is probably why they can afford have such poor customer service. Some of the people there are actually quite good and helpful, it's just not across the board.

By far, the WORST Post Office I've ever seen. On numerous occasions, I never get my mail. The sender will say, according to the tracking number, my package was delivered. I go to the Post Office and give them the tracking number an they'll say, sorry we don't have that package. WHAT??? so what happened to my package. Are these mail carriers just throwing packages away? UNBELIEVABLE !!!

Package scheduled for delivery. Received email stating that an attempt was made but the mail receptacle was blocked. Odd thing is, I was less than ten feet from my mail box for over three hours and it was not blocked nor did I see any postal worker "attempt" to deliver my package. Good luck wading thru many menus on the phone only to be put on hold for twenty minuets or more and waste you time filling out a complaint online only to have the USPS web site reject it due to an "unknown error" go figure. Just like my package. This post office has the worst record for mail delivery. Had an agent once tell me "If we don't finish all the delivery by our shift end, it gets thrown back on the truck." No wonder the USPS is going broke. I will insist on UPS or FedEx delivery from this point forward. Ignoring the customers problems is not the way to do business.

Cant thank Makayla & her supervisor enough for tracking down & delivering my package. I thought it was gone forever. Great detective & team work!!!
