Carol is the absolute best! Super pleasant and an underappreciated asset to the Post Office. This poor woman somehow does it all herself and never complains but it is painfully obvious that some help for her would be greatly appreciated. The Post Office would be foolish to lose this employee. She's A rare person that still provides excellent top notch service even in the face of mismanagement from above. Every other customer I know ,feels the same way! Keep it up Carol! We appreciate you!!

Carol's awesome. Very friendly and helpful. She does it all! Just need USPS to give her an extra set of hands and a couple of extra tools!

This place has the nicest postal worker I've ever come across. She's normally working by herself though so expect to wait a few minutes in line.

The clerk at the window, Carol I think, was very friendly, and helpful. Despite a long line she was fast and pleasant. This girl needs more help. Every post office I go into is understaffed! while management is overpopulated at Mcknight Road and I know they have very little education and are embarrassingly overpaid.  Give the people at the counter MORE help!
