TERRIBLY DISTURBED BY THIS DELIVERY SERVICE.. THEY HAD GOOD SERVICE WITH EDDIE MOE AND TINA.. IT SEEMS THEY HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS ROUTE.. PUT THEM BACK ON.. THEY KNOW THE NEIGHBORHOOD WELL

Waited 15 minutes to pick up my parcel and there was no one in line. Lady refused to come out of the back. Yelled for her and ended up having to telephone her to get her to come out. Took another 3 minutes to find my parcel. She was incredibly rude too. 
Avoid at all costs: use ups, fedex, or even another USPS location. 
Impossible hours if you work full time—good luck getting your parcel.

The only lady that works there is extremely rude. Has no concern for customer service. They have also lost my mail on several occasions for my business. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Have had to call branch manager several times for the same reasons.

They never even attempt to deliver packages you need to sign for and their staff is god awful.
