They never pick up their phone, and when you walk in to ask a question they are rude and extremely defensive for some reason. They need to work with us, not alienate their customer base with attitude and ineffectiveness. Additional note: This post office has also lost 2 of my packages since I moved to this area, and after speaking to the people from my old post office which I am amicable with, they told me that they have heard this is a trend here.

They will not answer your phone calls. I had to go into their office to have a simple question answered. When I pointed out that ignoring their phones only creates more work for us both, I was sarcastically told "Yeah, well welcome to the post office!"

Amazing. Professional. Nothing less than pleasantly perfect. I've lived in the area for 20 years and have absolutely nothing to complain about this US Post Office.

Worst postal office ever. I've never seen such a lack of care for customers and the attitude that protrudes from this place is disgusting. These old women are bitter and selfish and are so rude. I knocked on the door only to have her look at me and ignore me as I continued knocking only to have one simple question answered. Very and extremely unprofessional.
