The staff was very friendly. 

Word of advise to people getting passports - your bank will show the charge for the passport fee PLUS "cash back" but that is how USPS has it to show the additional fees for processing the transaction... I found that out the hard way. Again- thanks to the staff and a follow up call.

Do not use the kiosk!!!!! Most of the time the machine doesn't recognize the address and you will get the package back! Oh, and you will have to pay to re-send it. (An employee told me) It is a useless waste of space and electricity. I gave the place 2 stars cause at least is clean.

I went into this branch yesterday  to ship international to the UK and was told that I could send a  small package 1st class mail that would include tracking. I had to have tracking on this package. When I got home to check the tracking number it says that it isn't able to track a number for the UK !!!!!!!! So now I have shipped a package that can't be tracked by the number given to me. How ca the postal workers not know this ?:????? I spent $29.34 for a package that I'm going to have huge issues with now.They do't answer their phone either. I let it ring 100 times!!!!!!!!!!
