The manager told me I better learn how to tape packages. Nice customer service. Didn't know I was going to be critiqued on my taping style. They charge you extra if they can, simply because they don't care enough to give you mailing options. Which is part of their job. The bin in the 24 hour area has been broken for months and when you put it in the only other slot that's big enough, they take a day to process your package. Awful service. Slow, indifferent, unhappy to help you, and lazy employees. That's what represents our USPS. Nice.

Even a one star is too much for this place. Calls are never answered. When I say never, I mean never. I have called once and left the phone to ring for 15 minutes straight and someone picked up the phone and hung it up on me. If you go there in person, good luck with that, too. Their method of avoiding customers through the phone doesn't change much in person. Same method. Packages don't get delivered. You'll get "business closed" on a house address. You'll get "no one available for signature" when you're off work and have been home all day. Guessing they didn't want to go up the stairs to the apartment? Laziness at it's finest. This is the absolute worst post office I have ever dealt with. It needs to be shut down immediately. Maybe an exorcism should be in fine order? Staff needs to be let go like a cancer. Can't fix those workers. My methods of "attracting more bees with honey instead of vinegar" has failed time and time again. It's the equivalent of trying to bring a decaying corpse back to life. You'll fail and it stinks.

Many write here thinking the employees who work there need to be gleeful happy go luck folks who appease to your feelings. Please. They take your boxes, and do it as quickly as possible. For the price, for the results its worth more than what many write here. Its a post office not a five star hotel.

I agree with most of the reviews currently posted. I, too, am disappointed with the service at this postal location. In the past year or so, I have had packages that were identified as "delivered" to my mailbox, only to find nothing there! And as others have indicated, you simply CANNOT get anyone from customer service to return your call. When I have spoken with a manager (in the RARE occasion they return my call), they were not able to find my items. And their response was simply, oh well, what do you want me to do? I cannot make it appear out of thin air! I am writing this because it has happened to me yet again! A package was marked "delivered" today( 5/10/17) around two in the afternoon, but it was nowhere to be found! In every case when a package has been lost, it has been something ordered from eBay, things that are not easily found nor replaced. And since they were marked as "delivered", I wasn't even able to get my money back from the sender! The quality of service at this location (regarding the delivery of mail) deserves no stars whatsoever! Someone should be held accountable, but clearly that isn't going to happen. I just wish that they would hire personnel that CARE about what they do regarding serving the public rather than (what appears to be) simply collecting a paycheck. If I were you, I would use UPS whenever possible. Terribly disappointing, to say the least...

Horrible customer service, long wait time, incompetent personnel. Rude as hell, can’t wait For all of them to get fired, lady assigned to my home keeps leaving other people’s mail in my mailbox. I keep on leaving there letting her know wrong address, she doesn’t take it back and now is not leaving any mail cause according to her I don’t pick up my mail. I have to pick it up at the post office and she didn’t leave any notes stating anything. I had to ask her why I’m not getting my mail. Such an idiot
