Amazing customer service! they went above and beyond to find my package and offered any help with anything else i needed. I was standing waiting for the Manger to come out and the lady in the waiting area was nice enough to look to see where he was and how she should help.  In addition the sorter of package and young man with long hair was very helpful and assured me he would do everything possible to find my package and did so. Please i got called back and a voice mail and another call back to make sure i had been helped!  thank you for you help!

If you go and ask for shipping prices they will take all your money. Make sure you go online and do your own research. For something I could have paid $5 they charged me $22. Same thing happened to me again with the same lady in a different day with an international shipping she charged me $33 that I could have paid only $10. I will go back to look for her name and post it here. They will take advantage from you if you look naive. There is only 1 kind guy a tall one, the ladies are super rude, don't bother to say hello or thank you, they reply hhmmhmm

This post office is straight up trash. I hate this place. I went to ship some books and the lady questioned me about what's inside my package. I clearly stated that there were books inside but she refused to believe me and opened my package without my consent. Then she basically forced me to buy tape after SHE opened up my package. Who does that???? My packages were already taped up and she made me buy tape so I can re-tape the package SHE opened. I wish I would have gotten her name. Anyway, if you can PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. Save yourself the time and energy. You will thank me later!!! The employees at this post office literally don't know anything. They just want to make money off of you. It's literally crazy. This is the last time I go here. I have always had horrible experiences here but this is the last straw. I'm done.

A complete disaster of a post office. Horrible service just to pick up a package. Having to come back day after day to check on the package I should be able to get on the spot. 
If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I paid 40 dollars for express mail on Monday, July 17, and supposedly arrived on Tuesday and I still have not received my package today, I think they should be careful, because it is not fair to pay for a service that is not provided, thank you
