This is BY FAR the worst post office in the US. I have never in my life had one issue until I moved into this area and had to deal with these complete incompetent IDIOTS. They know absolutely nothing about their job and cannot perform their job. Clearly the USPS will hire anybody these days. When I am lucky I get my mail at 9:30 PM at NIGHT. Other than that it is not delivered because the worlds laziest mail man/woman just doesn’t feel like it. Complete JOKE of a business. The office itself needs to be shut down because they are absolutely useless anyway.

Like others have experienced this post office does not deliver packages if they don't feel like it. They create fake "delivery attempted" notices when they haven't even been by my house. In my case they claimed the package was too big to deliver. Yet when I went to pick it up myself, no one who worked there would help me take it out to my car. Wouldn't even hold the door for me. So they're refusing to complete the delivery I paid them for, are being unclear about what's going on, and don't even have the courtesy to help me out the door with my package they refuse to deliver. Ridiculous. When you pay for a cheeseburger at McDonald's, do they make you wait three days before telling you they're not planning to make it because their hands might get dirty? And that you need to drive out there and make it yourself? And that they aren't even going to let you use their spatula to scrape it off the grill?

This is by far the worst post office I have visited. One of the guys behind the counter has the worst attitude and talks to you with no respect. There is also a lady behind the counter with an extremely low IQ. She clearly does not know her job and spits out the wrong information. I've constantly had to correct her clear lack of knowledge on numerous occasions. I seriously have no idea how they even get hired.....

OMG! The worst service ever - rude, unprofessional, uncaring liars. I callled 7 times about one problem and no one ever answered. No one ever returned a call. This was to get a package that the carrier listed as Refused even though they never offered it to me or my wife, who were both home at the supposed delivery time. Then I went to the PO and stayed for an hour to meet with a supervisor. I was told she was busy getting carriers out the door. After my appointment time was passed I rang the back room buzzer and was cautioned against doing so by one of the counter people. When someone came to the door I was told the supervisor was now in a meeting and could not meet me today. This was after one of the counter people (Sonny) threatened to call the police if I did not move away from his counter. Complete runarounds, and the toll free customer support number only filed case numbers - which did nothing to help get my package properly delivered. I do not have my package though I paid for it. In 4 months of getting mail at this address after moving here, this is the second major incident (they lost a package in the back room for FOUR weeks) plus weekly we get mail for the wrong people, lots of package delays because the carriers get lazy and do not want to finish the route because they are behind (depart PO at 11:52 AM and scan delayed delivery note online at 8:33 PM even though no delivery was attempted) etc.

Garbage. Absolute garbage! For some reason, Amazon likes to hand off packages to this location. When doing so, the packages are ALWAYS late, or a delivery attempt is made after business hours. This is by far the worst USPS location I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If your items are going through this place, you'd better use someone else, or have it shipped sooner than you actually need it. I'd give negative stars if it were an option.
