This is the worst post office. My mom sent me a package twice and I was suppose to get the the next day and I got the package a day after I was supposed to get it the second patch package I received two days later so they don't even do next day service. I didn't even get my packages overnight I got my package one day or two days later if your package supposed to come the next day they need to deliver the next day and the Distribution Center did not and the sad part about it is I'm directly up the street from it. I can stand on the corner and look at the distribution center from where I stay at and I still had to wait a whole day extra in another two days extra in order to receive my packages that don't make no sense.somebody down there it is not doing their job and they need to be investigating it or the post office going to continue to do stay losing money cuz they going to have to keep reimbursing  people back their money when you don't get your package the following day.

The only post office I know of that can NOT PICK UP the mail located at my address containing my vehicle car loan payoff for an entire TWO WEEKS and tell me that since I didn't have a tracking number that they could care less about the $250 it cost  me due to an expired pay off amount solely due to their laziness and incompetence. On top of it the supervisor hangs up on me when attempting to inform her of what was happening!!!! I hate to say it but this location completely lives up to the stereotypes that I hate placing on individuals and institutions regarding postal worker. RUDE, LAZY AND INCOMPETENT!

I called the Number given on my USPS  delivery form spoke with the young lady about redelivering a certified letter. She gave me the number that was my reall spoke with the young lady about redelivering a certified letter. She gave me the number that was my redelivery number.  Was told that my package/letter would be delivered the next day. I stayed home the whole day waiting for my certified letter .  Which was not delivered. Recall the number to let them know there was no delivery, spoke to no one there was a recording that went on and on . Of course I didn't speak to anyone the next day because it was Sunday. Now I am on the phone and have been on the phone for an hour.  This does not make any sense. Now it is Monday and I am still waiting I looked it up with my tracking number it is telling me,  it is being delivered haven't heard a word yet and the recording is still on the phone so I'm working with two items one is telling me that the certified letter is in route and the other Device has me on hold with a recording. Wow❗️

Sent a box to a vendor in DC, they tried delivering the box at 9:57pm  and when no one answered the carrier put the box back in the his truck.  No one has seen it since.

Horrible!  I am pretty sure my residential mail carrier is STEALING packages sent from vendors like, AMAZON, GAP, etc. that use USPS when the FREE Shipping option is rewarded/earned.  Any package shipped using the USPS as the delivery unit, does not arrive to me, even though USPS logs the package as DELIVERED.  Recently, the package was not received, and the tracking information states "handed directly to receptionist/front desk).  Since this is my residence, I know that this information is false.  The mail carrier is stealing the mail!  Period!
