Wanted to let you know that I received the best customer service at this post office than I have ever at any other location! The postmaster was polite, looked up the package that was delivered to one of our customers and even checked the GPS tracking to be sure that it was in fact delivered at the correct address! I've been more than happy with their customer service and they were very polite and went out of their way to help me.

I looked up this location to remind myself of their business hours and to my surprise saw all the terrible reviews. Let me say that I've never had an issue with this location. Everyone has been friendly and professional upon my encounters. They are a tad understaffed, but many businesses in the area have the same issue.

So they provide passport services but you need an appointment.  But when you call to make one they don't answer the phone.  Lovely.  Why bother claiming you provide the service if you're not going to answer the phone?

20 years later & they now are worse at answering their phone than ever before! I take it back-THEY NEVER ANSWER!
They should visit some of the better post offices around this country & see why they should be embarrassed by their service.

Their mail deliverers are lazy and won't even take the time to ring a doorbell when they need a signature so it's ok for me to waste an hour so they can save a drive up my driveway I guess.
Small wonder Fedex, & UPS are eating their lunch.
Shameful.

No Stars! Rude! The only person at the counter barked as I walked in not even allowing me to ask him one question. The place was empty and he acted like I was interrupting him.
