Not bad not bad at all. With all the one star reviews I thought I might be walking straight into a circle of hell. I just had to will call a package that wasn't signed for at my door. The guy behind the counter was friendly, fast, and efficient. Thanks man! Hope USPS gets its $ together for better service overall, but this place was totally fine.

The woman who claims to have managed this location as well as the one on Colorado for over 30 years is a raving witch with no professional customer service skills what so ever. I watched as they were unhelpful in explaining to the girl in front of me how to pay for a package and have it sent out on a later date. They then proceeded to call me a liar when I told her the other office across town was able to print out a shipping label, and yet she refused to. Then she goes off and starts yelling at an old man at the pick up window. Maybe she had a bad day, but that is no excuse to treat people this way. After 30 years, you think you would know how to deal with people.

One star is one star too many. This is the worst Post Office Branch I have ever dealt with. Our mail carrier tried blaming us for the neighbor’s pets being loose and tried to start a physical altercation with my son when he tried to aid him. He even went as far as to start using profanity and threatened to “mace’ the dogs even after telling him they weren't ours. Needless to say, he suspended our mail service and when restored they kept mail and packages that we had a written confirmation that they had arrived. In addition, my medicine which was my most urgent need was being held out of spite. I rather deal with a starving pack of rabid dogs than to deal with this post office and it’s minions. To date no packages, letters or medicine has arrived.

As far as post offices go, this one does a great job. Someone is usually helping out when there's a line, showing people how to use the automated machines, and everyone I've interacted with there has been very friendly and helpful.

The mail carrier that delivers to 47 E. Orange Grove Blvd needs to be fired, he never even makes a delivery attempt.
