so rude, and condensing, I paid for priority express it was suppose to arrive the 6th but it didn't "arrive" in till the 12th completely missed my girlfriends birthday, later I find out it wasn't delivered at all it was shipped back, my package was returned to me items missing, package beat up, and they didn't care at all no refund, nothing. Just rude, uncaring, I will never use USPS again, and I recommend no one else does too.

Sal from that location is the best. He always delivers my package to my home and he doesn't leave the note outside. Our place has a long stair to walk up, image if the postman has so many packages, it is hard for him to walk up. A very friendly guy and responsible postman. USPS should be very happy to have him! The staffs there generally are very friendly. When I had problems before, the 2 managers were pretty helpful. We really appreciate the service there, I think that is the best location / service that we have received from USPS so far. Comparing to UPS, our guy always leaves note outside, one time he called me and I told him we were at our home. He excused the intercom is so hard to see, so he left.....with the note outside.

I had such a horrible experience trying to apply for a passport here, save yourselves- find a better location. Someone named Robert was "helping" me over the phone. He told me to hold on a second so he can get someone else and then put me on hold for 15 minutes (they forgot about I was on the other line). I hung up and called back and he yelled at me saying "I told you to wait on the other line I'm helping someone else right now!" and put me on hold again. Don't even bother calling this location or coming here for services.

Daniel was incredibly helpful and I was worried I would get some judgment after letting him know I did not have an address and was currently homeless but instead he gave me some pointers on how to tape boxes better. He was incredibly nice and professional, and really quick
