Terrible, terrible place. There were 3 women working and only one customer ahead of me and before I could get to the front, the woman was already dismissing me because she saw I was there for passport renewal. She started saying they were closed and would open tomorrow at 10am. I asked what time they close since it was 1:30pm. She said in a rude manner that they close early when they are short-staffed. This is comical to me since there were more employees than customers. The woman seemed like she did not want to be there and was being bothered by my questions. Horrible customer service. Don't come here. She was never able to tell me what their hours are. It seems like they close whenever they feel like it. The hours posted on the site or the front door are not respected.

These people are the most unhelpful people you can imagine. How do they still have a job? If you need anything resolved, please go to the one on Spencer highway.

I left work early in order to have time to renew my passport but they told me they are closing at 1500 today and I should come back in the morning because sometime they close even earlier. All of their posted hours online and on the building doors clearly say Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Customer service is the absolute worst! Never have I met so many rude and unhelpful postal workers in all my life. I have tried to get my son's passport paperwork sent off 2 times with no success. The website says open 10-3; however, we arrived at 2:40 and were told that the papers have to be sent off by 3. We just went back for the second time at 12:30 and the employee treated my husband like an idiot because he didn't take a number. There were no signs to inform us to take a number and only 2 other people in front of us. She said they already handed out the numbers for the day. I told her that this was the second time we had tried to take care of this and she said "then someone would have told you to get here at 10." No one told us. No one helped even the slightest. I told her they did a very poor job with customer service and she said that they get great reviews. I am not sure where she is seeing these great reviews because honestly this post office is the worst!

terrible service, rude staff, and the Passport system is a nightmare. Their camera is always broken, and their hours and the amount of people they take and the cutoff time is ridiculous. this is the central post office, why is it that all of the other surrounding post office function better, smoother, and cater to the public?!
