Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Waited all day yesterday for this package. Carrier never showed up to the dealership but scanned the package as attempted delivery. The carrier straight up lied about the attempted delivery. This is a dealership that had at least 30 people that could have signed for the package. Not to mention I literally sit right next to the receptionist that would have been the carrier's point of contact if he actually did attempt delivery. As far as I'm concerned, I paid extra to have a guaranteed delivery and the carrier committed mail fraud!!!

Family paid for overnight delivery, received package three days later. Received what turned out to be my neighbor's divorce papers,  online sites state that an item was delivered, or an attempt was made at a delivery, when no attempt was made and the item was not delivered. Admittedly, I live on a rural route, so receiving my mail at 8 pm isn't unusual, but receiving it days after it's expected to arrive has put me and my family in a bind, as we depend on the postal service to deliver paychecks.
