Individuals that service the Montgomery location are congenial and work hard to offer the best possible service in mailing and delivery needs. My only problem was difficulty in communicating with the office, via phone, to reinstate delivery following hold notification.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service if I didn't live in the area I would never use them for the delivery of my mail. They don't answer your phone calls, don't knock on your door when delivering your packages, and take OVER A WEEK to deliver a 2 DAY SHIPPING item. Unacceptable. I would love to take this complaint to them, but unfortunately their voice mailbox is full :) **** UPDATE: My crazy ass decided to wait at the post office until someone helped me get my package considering there were about 15 employee vehicles sitting outside. After having at least 7 employees ignore or tell me there was nothing they could do an employee named Colleen decided to help me. She was amazing and decided to get my number and ended up getting me my package in less than 2 MINUTES. I am so grateful and expressed to her how awesome she was. She deserves a raise or at least some praise bc the rest of y'all need some work on customer service skills frfr

I have video surveillance of the supervisor who admitted via phone that it was him, throwing a package onto my driveway while he sat in his white Jeep Cherokee. The sad part was that I had to tell him that I should be receiving an apology from him, all he had ready were excuses that they have too many deliveries. It's August, what the heck do they plan to do when the holidays occur?! Honk and just throw it from the street going at the high rate of speed they're known for through here?? I'm glad I have video evidence of what many have been complaining about. Sent to USPS via Twitter and Messenger. Absolutely inexcusable.

Our mail is currently running 2 to 3 days behind! And are typically  only getting mail to come every other day! Amazon prime packages are taking 4 days+!!! It's absolutely  ridiculous and something needs to be done asap I want my packages for christmas!!!
