Looks like they have made a habit on Sundays of scanning the package and leaving it somewhere else (or stealing it.)  My package was marked, "delivered / left by front door" at 10:30 am. I don't want to work on Sundays either, but I at least do my job.  Thanks for that.  I sent something overnight from amazon and now its just gone apparently.  I needed that for medical reasons.  That package was super important to me.  This is not the first, second, or third time this has happened.  This is the 7th time you guys have lost my stuff.  I have had zero issues with other delivery companies.  Amazon needs to quit using the USPS due to integrity issues.  They are incapable of doing their job.  I am never going to use USPS for anything ever again.

If I could give the Bryan, TX post office negative stars that would be wonderful. They are the worst post office ever. They have lost 2 of my packages and damaged one so bad stuff inside it was missing. I called about a missing package and they swear it was delivered so someone had to have stolen it. Yeah! Your carrier did or you lost it and the only way to save your ass is to blame it on someone else. It makes no sense. My package said it was delivered the same day a package from someone else was delivered but that one wasn't stolen. Also, there was a simple post card sent separately that has also disappeared. If you can avoid this post office...please do.

This is the best Post Office ever! Helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to get things done correctly. I give them the highest marks possible and will return again!

I’m really worried about you guys and your post office business. I mean, it’s nice that I’m with your professionals, but your shipping charges don’t do me any favors. You guys have got to get a grip, and I mean that. Do better!

We went to the USPS in Bryan, TX on 7/3/2017 to do a change of address and Hold. Everyone there was polite, efficient, and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and were extraordinarily patient. The facility is the cleanest USPS I have ever seen! (E.g. USPS in Columbia MD is filthy and has the most rude help.) Overall, a very positive experience.
