Can't help but not trust this post office. They're always late with getting packages to our house. We moved from CA where all the deliveries were made in a timely manner and never once did I feel like I couldn't trust my package to get to the house. Now, I'm cautious something important will get "lost" after making it to their post office. Pretty disappointing.

The rating this location has is a poor metric with which to judge it. I frequent this post office and will say it has always been a fast, efficient and courteous experience. Actually, I'd go as far to say as these are some of the most helpful, hard working people I've ever met. I've had issues but the staff has always gone out of their way to rectify them. It's a shame that the disgruntled leave poor ratings while the majority, who never have any issues, never think to leave a counter review.

If there were no stars to be given.. that will be my rating!. I agree with the comments this is the worst postal service ever. I have received other people’s mail. Just this this week in the San Tan Heights community I have experience the worst a key to get a package was left in my mailbox..but the key didn’t work, several people helped out with no luck after leaving notes to the postmaster and requesting to please bring the package to my house I get nothing I received a note saying the works try again.. so the key broke inside and now I have no package since Tuesday when it was left inside the box! Absolutely insane

No mail delivery in the rain i guess since i did not receive my informed delivery yesterday .I know there must be a delay somewhere as i was getting seasons greetings in mid Jan!!! And it was from several retailers not just one. I am on the on the phone with usps and my estimated wait tine is 1 to 1.5 HOURS! This is probably the reason no complaints are ever made !!!

Keep getting my neighbors mail and my other neighbor gets mine every now and then. It sucks when you are expecting a delivery and hoping they don’t get the address mixed up again.
