My husband and I waited at home all day for a package.  Amazon says delivery attempted at 2:41 PM - there was absolutely no attempt made.  Now I have been trying to get someone on the phone all day to ask if we can pick up the package instead, and no one will answer the phone.  ---> Follow up to my original post - I tried calling this post office several times but there was no answer so I drove over and it was clear why no one could answer the phone - the line was 12 people long and there was only one person working.  The one person working was VERY helpful - after waiting in line for 15 minutes, and dealing with several rude customers in from of me,  I found out that it was not the Fleetwood post office that lied about trying to deliver my package, it was the main post office in Mount Vernon.  She told me what time I could come back and then she went through all of the packages that didn't deliver and found mine for me.  I wish USPS had more helpful workers like her.  It's a shame that these workers are being paid to work on Sundays and yet they don't deliver any packages.  On Monday there were SIX slips left on our building door for packages that were "undelivered" on Sunday.

THE WORST POST OFFICE ON EARTH! There is only 1 person working  every single time I come here and the line reaches the door of course. Their computer system is ridiculously slow and stops working in the middle of a transaction.

This is by far the absolutely worst post off ive ever had to deal with. 1st of all there are 3 counters and only 1 of them is ever open. The people who delivers big packages are liars. They will say attempted to deliver and never show up not even leaving a slip. Then when you go to the post office to pick up your package you're told that it's not there!!! Smh if you can try to 100% avoid getting anything shipped through them

Needs to clean house and get rid of the slow staff. Terrible customer service and no concern for people feelings.

This is the worst post office in America with out any exaggeration. For the last 3 years I've lived here in fleetweed, I can not reach them by phone EVER !! Very rude and disrespectful for no reason Extremely unprofessional.
