The most frustrating post office in America. 

Seriously. I always ask myself “why did I come here again?” 
 - only because 
1. Convenient parking 
2. Dunkin’ Donuts is literally next door.

Nothing against the staff but ONE POSTAL WORKER BEHIND THE WINDOW IS NOT ENOUGH DURING THE DAY. The line is sometimes out the door and the wait is over 30 minutes. 

Please hire more people!!!

I live in Mount Vernon and had never tried this post office until a few days ago. The reviews made me think that I would not get good service but the ladies who were working were so helpful. It was quick. They were funny and nice. It was probably one of the best post office experiences I ever had. not sure if I'm spelling their names right but Tracy and Renee both gave great costumer service. Thanks ladies.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! No one ever answers the phone. EVER. Literally called for 6 hrs straight and not one answer. When your package is lost they lie and tell you the supervisor will contact you and he/she NEVER does. They try to make it your fault when it's theirs. Terrible customer service, terrible communication. They need to hire better staff and change their work ethic. DISGUSTING POST OFFICE.

This really is the worse post office!! There is always a line and half the time the person behind the counter is rude.

This place is okay to do minor buisness if you need a refund the clerck needs a supervisor to approve it there never have a supervisor if they do come they leave fast .. they send you away to  another post office after they take your money...the clerck should be neat and clean..she didn't look professional... improperly attire no name badge ...but good air condition place.👀
