How is it that there are so many public complaints, and people being outright ROBBED and nothing is being done about this? I just moved to MV and 4 out of 5 packages were never delivered although they said they were. One even claimed no one was home even though UPS delivered that same day 🤔 I never had this issue when I lived in other places. It's sad people who've lived here for years have to tolerate this. I will make it my job to ruffle some feathers about this. Ain't no way in hell I'll put up with this. There's needs to be a protest, boycott or something. Write and call headquarters until they can't ignore it anymore. Do not accept this , make sure your voice is heard!

Worst Post Office Ever. Not only do they never pick up the phone their carriers don't deliver your mail. They are constantly losing my packages. They never deliver my packages even though they say that its delivered. This post office needs new staff. I don't know who's managing this place.
I honestly believe that the corporate headquarters needs to take a visit, and evaluate the people working at this branch. They are so unprofessional. They leave the phone constantly on busy, and when you finally do get though they have an attitude like you disturbed them. This branch needs whole new staff.

Everything that everyone has said below is absolutely correct. How about this -- I was awaiting my passport's arrival just 1 week before travelling. I saw the postman outside, so I went to greet him so I could collect my passport. The tracking said it went out for delivery so I knew he had it. 
When I greeted him and asked for the mail, he searched through his pile and COULDN'T FIND IT. He went to another house to search their mailbox, came back and he had it. This postman is notorious for these sort of mistakes and it's TERRIBLE.

 Passport documents are sent by certified mail and require that they are scanned upon delivery.

Worst service. Opens at 830, no one at desk till 905. Waited 35 minutes.  Staff unprofessional.  Rude and don't care. Staff walking about socializing on cell phones, and each other. Worst post office in district.  I can't believe that all this is allowed to happen in a civil service job. The laziness of the staff , milking the sysyem and wasting money.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Their delivery crew claims to deliver packages, when they don't! They claim I am not home, when I am. (I am a stay at home mom with 4 kids! ) I have an elevator in my building so that is just unacceptable! They are very slow behind the counter! Very rude staff all around! One of the deliver drivers uses his own personal car to drive around and just has piles and stacks of mail in his back seat area! I have filed so many complaints with usps and they would deliver for a week and go back to the same spiel. Very frustrating. Very unprofessional! I HATE THIS OFFICE! Something has to be done about this! I will file another complaint when their customer service opens. This time its my laptop for school which started a week ago and they claim I wasn't home today and left a notice, which there isn't and I have been home all day!
