Go here if you want to mail a package off, but don't bother with anything passport related. The woman that works for the passport office is always rude and provides no help. I've been using their services for over 2 decades and everytime I see her she gives me one second before shoo-ing me away. Again, do your passport business online or somewhere else. Also, if you're a person of color (not white), she will purposefully help you last even though you've been waiting for over an hour. This has happened twice, and I hate for it to happen a third time.

Having to chase down yet another package that didn't get delivered. The last time this happened my regular mail carrier found my package which had been placed in someone else's mailbox. The Post Office used to be reliable. I wish Amazon would quit doing business with them. United Parcel Service (UPS) is way more reliable. The Post Office's customer service is horrible. At one time, I thought I'd get a PO Box and maybe that would help, but it made things worse. My regular mail carrier is great, but due to retire soon.

I enjoy mailing my packages at the Main Post Office. The window clerk's are extremely knowledgeable of the current mailing standards out of D.C. and I know my mailings will arrive within those imposed standards.

Dropped by to deliver an envelope. The staff were nice and helpful.

Ordered multiple packages that have come up "Delivered" on tracking status, but have never actually been delivered. Have also had issues getting into speaking with a representative, and when you do everyone acts clueless. Not to mention horrible business hours, so most packages get delivered around the same time the business closes, so if theres an issues you have to wait until the next day. not to mention they are closed on sunday. A government facility observing sunday...wheres the separation of church and state?
