I ship ALOT of things. I’m a business owner that ships ALOT...my PO of choice is Ozark as they are Friendly and helpful. NEVER will I use this post office again. All 3 employees were extremely rude...  Candice. They were upset with the number of packages I had, even though they were labeled and ready to ship. She then argued with me and said it don’t matter to her if they got shipped or not. LISTEN UP.....this is why our mail gets lost ALL the time!!! From postal workers who don’t care about the job at hand. Ohh I forgot to mention that she just dumbed my bag and shook it out even though a couple items said fragile. I use the post office daily shipping packages and I will NEVER use this one again.

I wish I could 'set my watch' with respect to when my home mail delivery would take place.  I live on West Aven Avenue, Nixa, Mo.. Sometimes my carrier  is here by 9 am...sometimes not until after 6 pm....it's ridiculous as to not knowing if mail that I place in my mail box by 7 am will actually go out the same day...let alone, when items arrive, if they arrive, on time for me to take action with them.   I really wish the Nixa postal service/carrier would be more consistent when they pick up/drop off curb side mail....otherwise, I've noticed the folks who work the front desk are all awesome, friendly, and very efficient people.  But waiting for the post to arrive at my home is excruciatingly painful!! Thank you!

I went in to the Post Office recently to renew my passport and was very impressed. When I first arrived there was a very long line and honestly I expected a "DMV" type experience (slow and unfriendly service). I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the ladies behind the counter worked and immediately noticed their friendly attitude towards all of the customers. The line went very quickly and the lady who helped me truly went above and beyond helping me get everything lined up and mailed out.

Our mail carrier is rude, shoves packages that clearly don't fit into the mailbox damaging them, smokes in the truck, and has even stolen from us. We've spoken to her only to get our heads bit off. We called the postaster to no avail. Ridiculous.

I had a package showed delivered that wasn't, the post office tracked it down quickly and got it delivered. Very friendly and helpful people! Nothing but good experiences with them since moving to Nixa.
