Extremely helpful and professional. Very attentive to their customers. My mom has had a PO Box there for 30+ years -- the staff knows her and is very helpful to her when she has questions, makes purchases, or needs mail held. Thank you, Rep. Mo. USPS!

Sooo tired of lazy drivers cramming boxes and envelopes that are clearly to big in my mailbox. Walk 20 feet and put it on my porch, have some pride in your cushy government protected job.

Had a package sent to me from Texas. Called them shortly after they delivered my mail and told me there was no package for me. The sender has kept me on a step by step stage by stage basis on the package and said that the last he saw was that it was delivered to me and signed for. Which obviously with this review I did not sign nor receive. When calling these people they told me it was my fault for everything and is just waiste of their time trying to locate something that never showed up. This is t the first time. Had the bank come get a vehicle because they never took our outgoing mail ie the payment on the vehicle for 3 months while I was gone. Hate to say it but this place is a disgrace to everything it’s supposed to stand for.

I am literally missing the title to my vehicle, missing FOUR months of bills, and MISSED a settlement check for over a week that was overnighted. I have NO CLUE what these people are doing there!!!!

Been two days of not picking up outgoing mail. Sent out two priority packages took 11 days, should have taken 1-3 days. Can't get anyone on the line. USPS SUCKS!
