Very displeased with this Arlington Heights USP service. . I have had many issues in the last year. Other people's mail delivered to my house..
Not receiving mail for three or four days., Then receiving all of it on the Third or Fourth day.  I put my mail on vacation hold. Using the yellow card. They didn't hold it the first day so I had mail in my box all week. And then did not deliver it on the day I requested.. there is not enough staff to cover this location. Every time I go in there is a very very long line just to mail a package.

WHERE IS MY LETTER!!! Rude respresentatives and useless. Ross the manager was going to "look" for my missing letter and then "call me back", well Ross WHERE IS MY CALL AND MY LETTER!! But hes off today so no help!! All yall should be fired!!! You should be ashamed!!

PS: after pressure my letter was found, 10 days from Arlington heights to Elk Grove and 2 days to Denver, unacceptable!!!!

Just called over there after hours because a friend put the wrong address on a package. The gentleman was quick to find the package and after confirming the identity, redirected the address. I have been to this post office before and although sometimes people complain about long lines for things that you could do online, I'm proud to say that I've never had a problem here and I would go back to use them over UPS/FEDEX.

Not happy at all our mail has been delivered to the wrong address many times and mail that tracks as delivered has not been delivered avoid if you can and if you can’t hold them accountable

START picking up the collection boxes!!!  Euclid and Plum Grove does not get picked up daily as well as Cellular Dr and Wilke Rd.  Last time, a package sat there for over 2 weeks until it was picked up!
