This post office is the best! I'm confused by the negative reviews because I've been there many times and the people working there are great, it's clean and easy to get in an out of the building and parking. I highly recommend it!

This is a government building. Not a SPA. Employees are courteous if your courteous to them. No fluff. They get the job done. At the end of the day. They help out immensely.

I went to this place to apply a passport for my newborn son. I have been assigned to a rep named “Latitia” to help us. She was so rude to us as soon as we walked into her desk. First of all she said, of course being rude, SSN# info is missing from the application, when i told her that the information which is online says we can apply for PP then she agreed. After that, she filled out wrong info in the authorized personal questionnarie, and when she realized, she crossed out and put a right information, when i asked her, politely, to see if it doesnt hurt my application, then she again became rude to us and said you want to fill out entire form again and come back. I told her i want to speak to her superviser or manager, when she called her superviser, her superviser was nice and polite but Latitia was still rude to us even infront of her superviser. I wish I couldnt go there and went somewhere else where people are nice and polite. And i think google should have negative star option specially for this kind of people. I gave one star just because i wanted to write a review other wise i could not have given any star to this place.

How does this office take care of your mail? By stealing it and sending you the empty package. This is the second package I had stolen by mail personnel. The last one had irreplaceable items and was brought to me in a mail create with none of my mail. Just a bunch of trash and flyers. Literally trash. I lost those photos sadly, but here's a nice photo of my stolen flash drive with irreplaceable data. Update on this. Called the 7 times this morning. They never picked up. Every time it rang a bunch of times then started beeping as if I was disconnected.

The absolute worse and rude experience a person could possibly want. Went in this morning to apply for a passport, after I tried numerous times to schedule an appointment and never, not one time got a call back! Waited in line for a little over an hour only to get a lady who obviously feels like she has more authority than she does and who was in an extremely rude and bad mood prior to us sitting down with her. Why these people feel it a need to make it hard on people who have obviously tried hard to get all documents filled out completely and correctly is beyond me. From the get go she was rude and did everything in her power to find something wrong with our paperwork, well she did and it could've been a simple fix. She had all the info in front of her and could've made it a very simple process, but she wanted to use her power to tell us in a rude way that she could process it but in no way would it be accepted and it would be turned down. What a waste of 3 hours!!!
