7350 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45236 I have to admit I have had some negative experiences with some employees over the years I've had some great ones too. I had a mailman whom I loved for almost 3 years that dude was the best. But every time I have reached out to address a concern I have been given a professional response that I appreciate. Sorry for giving you the business recently I think I was taking out my Trump frustrations on this arm of the govt. my bad B- )

Apparently I had an undelivered package. There was NO NOTICE that I received although it was registered mail. Then, finally, I was able to get a scheduled re-delivery. Hopefully, the USPS will finally deliver a package sent almost 4 weeks ago. Absurd. Some of these incompetent carriers should be FIRED.

THE CARRIER ON MY ROUTE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE IS CONSTANTLY ON HIS CELL PHONE WHICH IS THE REASON WHY I GET THE WRONG MAIL. HE RECENTLY JUST LOST MY ENTIRE PACKAGE WORTH OVER $100. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK ON IT , SINCE I GOT NOTIFICATION STATING THAT IT HAD BEEN DELIVERED, THE MANAGER ERICA STATED THAT SHE WOULD GO CATCH HIM AND ASK WHERE HE HAD DONE WITH PACKAGED. SHE PLACED ME ON A VERY LONG HOLD, WHICH I DINT' MIND SINCE SHE WAS TRYING TO HELP, AND CAME BACK TO SAY THAT HE TOLD HER THAT HE DIDN'T REMEMBER WHERE HE DELIVERED. HE CONFIRMED THAT HE DID RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. SHE THEN INFORMED ME THAT SHE TOLD THE CARRIER TO GO DIRECTLY OUT TO THE STREET TO CHECK AND TO CHECK HIS TRUCK. THIS WAS AT 9 AM . i HAD TO CONTINUOUSLY CALL HER BACK ALL DAY. SHE WOULD NEVER RETURN MY CALL WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD. SHE PROMISED ME THAT HE WOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I FINALLY GOT A DIFFERENT MANAGER IN THE EVENING AND SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY PROBABLY COULDN'T;T DO ANY THING ABOUT MY LOST PACKAGE AND THAT PACKAGES GET MISPLACED ALL THE TIME. EVEN THOUGH THIS CARRIER ADMITTEDLY LOST MY PACKAGE. THEY SAID I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY AND CALL. I DID AND GOT THROUGH TO NO ONE. I AM GOING TO CALL BACK TODAY TO SEE IF THERE CAN BE ANYTHING DONE ABOUT THIS. THIS IS NOT FAIR. I SPENT MY MONEY ON ITEMS THAT I NEEDED FOR AN EVENT SO I HAD TO REORDER THEM! THEY SAID THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE HAD COMPLAINTS. WELL FROM THE LOOKS OF THE REVIEWS HE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE. THIS EXPLAINS THE NONCHALANT ATTITUDE I RECEIVED WHEN TRYING TO LOCATE MY PACKAGE. I HAVE LIVED IN SILVERTON MY WHOLE LIFE AND THINGS HAVE REALLY CHANGED AT THIS LOCATION. JUST HORRIBLE!

They continuously say that attempted to leave a package and NEVER ATTEMPT! I sat on my balcony and watched them go to the box and drive right off! Go to the mailbox and see the pink paper! Liars! I am 100% over this! Also saying they delivered a package and IT IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Can't even call them!

With the exception of my mail being given to the wrong person once, the employees there have been nothing but nice. They do the best they can given thus post office us extremely busy.
