Can't really review them because no one ever answered the phone after three attempts. While I had found part of the information I needed online, which was the date of delivery of a CM/RRR item, and had in fact received the green return receipt for that item, the receipt was unsigned and undated. I note that this is happening more and more across the country, so that you have to go online to track the delivery information, yet evidently no details appear there as to the person who signed for acceptance of the item, needed information. Perhaps carriers need to be reminded that the return receipt for a certified mailing, for which one pays extra, needs to be signed and dated by the person accepting receipt of the item. Simple. Thank you.

The customer service is EXTREMELY rude. Employees have bad attitudes and are intentionally abrasive. I have been overcharged for sending media mail. When the mail carriers bring packages they THROW THEM on the porch instead of putting them down gently. I had a package arrive from Germany where the carrier didn't even knock at my door and brought it back to the USPS so I had to go get it. I have also had issues with them claiming they "delivered" my package despite it being nowhere in sight and not at my neighbors' houses. This is without a doubt the worst USPS I have ever seen in my life

My family has received consistently bad service. While the employees I've met with at the office are great, my schedule makes it difficult to drop by and talk face-to-face with them about the issues I've had. What makes this especially aggravating is the fact that wait times for phone calls, at least for me, are anywhere between 24 - 36 minutes! However, the main problem I have is with the mail carriers. I have been receiving mail for other people in our neighborhood for weeks, and our neighbors have received my family's mail as well. We had to be the ones to deliver our mail to each other. I would shrug it off as an honest mistake if this only happened on occasion, but this has been going on for a month, so it's starting to look like plain laziness, at best. Now, I'm not even receiving my mail, period! I'm out of town right now, so the only way I can communicate with the post office is by phone, and like I said before, the wait times make it impossible to get any insight on why these issues keep coming up. It's tiresome to go through this, and I hope they will resolve these problems soon. Otherwise, I'm going to have to look into getting my mail from somewhere else, somehow.

Our carrier is excellent. Always friendly and very protective of both our mail and parcels. Most workers at the front counter are helpful and knowledgeable. After living overseas; I can say that the USPS is the best in the world.

I needed Post Office Box due to vandalism and theft with my home mailbox. Clerk was clear, organized & helpful. He saved me $ by telling me about cheaper boxes and letting me know about a free month for paying by the year. I've never had bad service there. The point off is for long lines but I'm sure that understaffing is a Federal decision, not this branch.
