Every month i have to mail a lot of certified letters, and the people at the desk are always nice and pleasent to talk to. I think what the real issue is.... people have no patience anymore. Its not their fault there is a long line. Seriously i think the customers need to grow up a little, put on your big girl pants people jeez.

No one answers the phone. And I'm calling at 2 p.m. Tuesday, which is definitely during working hour.

Praying for an asteroid impact to level this place. They have not answered any of my 100+ call attempts in two freaking years. Packages pinball between unrelated cities for weeks. Tracking is a joke. I'm waiting on a package that still has an anticipated delivery date for Tuesday (neat trick). I've found my daughter's birthday cards under the porch months later, and my packages left at multiple doors. It's not just casual negligence - there is intent. Edit: My important package has sat there for a month. Three separate clerks didn't notice that my shipper didn't include my street number. But a screenshot of the shipping confirmation from my shipper clearly shows my street number. They sent my package back overseas, and the supervisor is nasty as hell in his condescending tone. I'm angry, embarrassed, and I really want to sue.

The woman at the front desk had me pay extra on packages I was shipping out with tracking. She claimed the price had increased while she was on vacation, however nothing on the sign behind her had stated that, and all packages Ive sent out since then have shipped just fine by the normal price point.

Beautiful state-of-the-art postal facility with all the bells & whistles - but - lacking the kind of cust svce Greg & his team @ the Brighton Post Office offer so consistently. ☆Brighton Station on Winton Rd rocks.☆
