Put on hold for 30 minutes then hung up. Hung up on me 9 times trying to call back. Didn't attempt to deliver my package. Didn't leave a message. Still trying to call now. WOW

Beyond the worst customer service. Literally got cussed out for standing there quietly and patiently in line by staff. People are cranky who work there. People who are in there to do business are cranky. A fight almost broke OUT... don't go to this place if you can avoid it. This is why FedEx and ups are winning. Amazon Sunday delivery is the only reason usps is in business. They got good jobs. Shouldn't be such a-holes.

My zip code is clearly stated on the delivery address, I double checked with the company I ordered from + the tracking address, yet this post office has delivered it my same street address in a town 20 miles away, different zip code. That's their first huge mistake. Luckily, whomever lives at that address wasn't home so a notice was left of an attempt to deliver a package. I went to this post office the next day and said they have my package and tried to deliver it to the wrong place. They refused to understand what I said about it going to the wrong address. After 20 minutes of them searching "everywhere" they "lost the package and it isn't anywhere". They wrote my name on a post it & said they'd call if they find it. I've called twice now & no one has answered + no voicemail. This is ridiculous. I live so far from Culver City yet I have to deal with them just because someone did not read a zip code & then lost the package.

I've had a certified letter sitting in this post office for almost three days; no progress has been made whatsoever. They are also not taking any phone calls. This post office has given up.
