We have two different delivery mail(women). The one that has been doing it the longest is great. I can always tell which one has delivered by the time of the day. The original mail lady usually drops off early in the day whereas the second mail lady that wears a pink ball cap drops off late in the day. The original mail lady always has a smile and says hello. Lady with pink cap has a scowl and really does not want to be forced to leave her vehicle. Lady with the pink cap has damaged our mailbox from shoving stuff in that didnt fit repeatedly. From how hostile she slams the door on mailbox the door became loose. As result the door on mailbox would pop open if not closed Properly so every time she dropped off my mail was exposed to the elements and all to view and steal. I attached a rubber band for her to use and after a few days she blessed me out for it explaining that meant they were NOT to drop off mail and then she demanded we buy a new mailbox. Buy a new mailbox??? WTH. Im supposed to waste money so she could be that much more lazy??? My husband adjusted some screws to the lid ( our development is only ten years old, none of the mailboxes are falling apart from time or age yet ). She is back to shoving boxes in the mailbox that distinctly dont fit....and I have pictures. I have Never had issues with any other mail person in my life. She really does not deserve her job and she has no respect for it whatsoever.

Great customer service. The people at the counter smile and go above and beyond what's asked of them.
