I went in to pick up my mail that I placed on hold at this office I go inside and the girl (Hispanic with red or brown hair) at the window who supposedly helped me was very unprofessional & had an attitude. 
First of all you don't ask a customer if they have a question you tell them professionally "how may I help you"...this isn't the welfare office! And you don't question them either like being interrogated like the police!
My mail wasn't even at this office & the girl wrote down a number telling me to call it and I couldn't even understand the numbers she wrote down.
USPS you need to train your people again how to have customer service and be more professional. I won't ever deal with this office again!

I have been to this post office a couple times with no problems. The women behind the counter were helpful and courteous.

I must agree with many others I go here a lot seeing how ts down the street from my residence, but lines get terribly large and service is usually terrible. The staff need better training and more clerks almost everyday there is only one clerk and a huge line.

The Service here is a total nightmare, the lines get very long and the window clerks are very rude and slow workers, they don't help you much and they treat you like garbage. I think it's time to change the clerks and replace them, for the time being I'm staying clear of this place!!!!

Why is this place still open, dismissive condescending employees whom feel it's ok to dismissed our community. Shenna Walker supervisor  needs a  muzzel and her leash pulled for being so condescending and allowing her employees to do the same. Who do you report to Sheena Walker?   As a consumer I can take my business elsewhere.  Advocate for yourself in the receipt they asked for your opinion complain that's your right don't let people treat you this way. If they're so unhappy with their job they can be replaced too but we have to speak up.
