I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Today at 1320 I walked into this post office and I came across the rudest customer service I've experienced so far. Just the way they say "NEXT!" with a nasty attitude and like you're another number let's you know what you might be in for. Then, they sit there and gossip about the customers like it's the thing to do. They rush like they've got more important things to take care of and obviously not the customer.This place seriously needs some discipline or a shut down, or better trainers, maybe a whole new batch of friendly customer commited postal service workers, not people who just want to make money and hate what they do. As soon as one customer left they decided to gossip about him, as I'm standing there. The bullet proof windows are definitely not noise cancelling walls, save that sh××× for your lunch break or after work hours, not in front of every other customer that's standing there. I can only imagine how many customers they gossip about in front of every paying customer they come across, what happened to great customer service? Is there a lack there of in this time and age? Get your priorities straight USPS! Exceptional or close to exceptional customer service to keep customers coming back? No? I've been coming here for quite some time and customer service has definitely changed. Such a shame. UPS/FED EX might be the option for me.

This  office does nothing about the carrier that delivers my parcel to random addresses! There has been several notes left or so they say they left to notify the carrier not to deliver my packages and to leave them at the station for pick up. He still leaves the station with my parcel. Just today he left the station with my packages and left me a pickup slip without a tracking number, so I go to pick them up and they tell me he has them  with him... why leave a slip if you have them with you? why leave the station with them if you're not gonna deliver them dumb ass? His ass needs to be FIIIIRRRREDDDDD!!! I would've given no stars but i guess I have to just to post this smgdh.

Customer service is horrible. Smh. Why are these people even working here?  They have no respect for customers no interest in helping us out. Shut this place down or replace the staff with people who would be willing to help.
