very unprofessional. both mangers and employers speak rude, AND  they never use such words as thank you, please or have a good day. it is very unfortunate because they are federal employees and we pay their salaries

I realized every time I ship from this location my packages end up either very delayed or lost and the employees are hardly ever polite. I won't be coming here anymore. I rather drive farther , in the end it's worth it.

I have been coming here for YEARS and I just don't learn my lesson... PO Box lobby is supposed to be open on Saturdays too yet these people took an extra day for Martin Luther King day.... Lazy ass government workers.... SMDH... They could at least put up a sign so we can just drive by and not actually pull in.... Booooo to the USPS

They are the worst! They lost 2 of my packages the same week. Ended up only returning 1 of them. Then when I kept trying to contact them about the other one they would not call me back or give me any answers. Horrible customer service.
